Job summary

Barnt Green Inn, part of MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading the team and running the day-to-day operations when the GM is away. You will train and inspire colleagues to deliver excellent food, drink and service, be a role model for development, and drive WOW moments for every guest.
