Job summary

Robin Hood at Ember Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a passionate team. You’ll mentor staff, train team members, and promote a welcoming, high-standard guest experience across all shifts.

You will role-model strong leadership, drive service quality, and collaborate with managers to achieve business goals while enjoying progression opportunities and staff benefits within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and people skills to train and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to lead by example and develop team members.
