Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery, Aldenham, to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a hospitality team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will mentor staff, promote service excellence, and manage shifts while upholding brand standards. The role includes pension, holidays, discounts, and other employee benefits within the Mitchells & Butlers family.
