Mitchells & Butler PLC, operating Toby Carvery in Carmarthen, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example and ensure guests and teams have a great time from the moment they step through the door.

You will support the General Manager in daily operations, coach the team to deliver WOW moments, and uphold brand standards while fostering a welcoming and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service skills and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and people-skills.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business

• Be the role model and guide training and development within the team
