Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams in a pub or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor front-of-house and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Drive guest satisfaction through friendly, proactive service.
• Oversee daily operations, training, and standards adherence.
• Collaborate with management on menu knowledge and upselling.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development.
