Job summary

You will join a finance team of 10, report to the Finance Manager, and handle duties across supplier and customer ledgers, reconciliations, and cash management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is essential.
• Supports the preparation of management accounts for multiple entities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of management accounts for four entities.
• Process supplier invoices: matching, batching and coding.
• Raise sales invoices and monitor outstanding debtors.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and reconcile accounts.
• Manage petty cash and company credit card reconciliations.
• Process employee expenses and file records accurately.
