Job summary

VervLife in Harrogate is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support monthly management accounts, liaise with the Finance Director and operations, and help grow our fast‑moving rental business.

You will work with Xero and Navision, manage prepayments, accruals, and balances, and assist with annual budgets, audits, and cross‑department queries to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Actively studying for an accountancy qualification or near completing AAT level 4.
• 1–2 years of accounts experience.
• Proficient with finance software, Xero and Navision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce Monthly Financial packs for clients and property managers.
• Maintain control schedules, finance timetables, and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure invoicing, with timely payment reviews.
