Trinity Homecare is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to support supplier invoices, purchase orders, payroll, and month-end reporting across multiple entities. You will help ensure accurate accounting data and timely reporting while collaborating with a dedicated Finance Team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a general accounts or finance environment.
• Experience with high volumes of financial transactions.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices and purchase orders; code invoices to accounts and cost centres.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts receivable, credit control and customer invoicing.
• Support payroll processing and bank reconciliations; ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain financial records and help with internal and external audits; ensure VAT treatment.
