Your Experience. Your Ambition. Your Next Move.

Some people are looking for the next step on the career ladder. Others are looking for a role where they can use their experience, enjoy their work and be part of a great team. At Trinity Homecare, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Assistant Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. Whether you’re an ambitious finance professional looking to broaden your experience and develop your career, or an established accounts specialist who enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done, there’s a place for you in our team. We’re more interested in finding the right person, with the right skills and attitude, than where they see themselves in five years. You don’t need to have followed a particular career path. What matters is your experience, accuracy and approach to your work.

Essentials
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a general accounts or finance environment.
  • Experience working with high volumes of financial transactions.
  • Previous exposure to multi-entity accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Ability to commute to both Worcester Park and Gatwick as required.
Even Better If You Have
  • Experience using Sage Intacct.
  • Previous involvement in month-end accounting and reconciliations.
  • Experience working within a group finance structure.
