Job summary

Trinity Homecare Group is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant in Worcester Park/Gatwick Horley area to join a busy Finance Team. You’ll handle supplier invoices, PO management, payroll support and month-end reporting while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

With 3+ years in a general accounts environment and strong Excel skills, you will contribute across multiple entities and support budget holders. A proactive, detail-driven approach is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a general accounts or finance environment.
• Experience with high volumes of financial transactions.
• Previous exposure to multi-entity accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Confident Excel skills and experience using accounting software.
• Willingness to commute to Worcester Park and Gatwick as required.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately.
• Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice queries.
• Code invoices to accounts, departments and cost centres.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support timely supplier payments.
• Raise, monitor and maintain purchase orders in line with procedures.
• Support budget holders and ensure appropriate authorisations.
• Assist with monthly close processes including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Prepare and post journals, reconciliations and variances.
• Support payroll processing and payroll data accuracy.
• Ensure VAT treatment and compliance and assist audits.
