Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant on a fixed-term basis to join the finance team in Beyton, UK. The role covers management accounts, payroll analysis, stock accounting and operational finance, with development toward ACCA/CIMA studies.

You will support monthly accounts, payroll reporting, stock reconciliations and project cost allocation while working with operational stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in month-end accounting processes.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management accounts, including journals and reconciliations.
• Own overtime and bonus calculations, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
• Collaborate with payroll and operations to resolve queries.
• Prepare and maintain stock reporting and inventory movements.
• Allocate costs to projects and assist with accounting adjustments.
• Provide financial analysis and partner with stakeholders across the business.
• Review processes to identify efficiencies and improvements.
