Job summary

Investigo is partnering with a growing business in London to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their finance team. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, and offers exposure to month-end, budgeting and financial analysis.

You'll support day-to-day transactional finance, production of monthly management accounts, and assist with balance sheet reconciliations, with development opportunities under experienced finance leaders.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience within finance and accounting.
• Strong transactional background with exposure to management accounting activities.
• Studying towards ACCA or CIMA, and keen to progress professionally.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, organised and keen to develop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transactional finance activities across payables and receivables.
• Support the production of monthly management accounts.
• Assist with month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supporting the production of management and board reports.
• Providing financial analysis and resolving finance-related queries.
• Supporting audit and year-end financial statement preparation.
