KC Group has partnered with a leading Accountancy Practice based in Coventry. They are seeking a part-qualified accountant to join their growing finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Necessary Experience:

• Experience working in the UK
• AAT Qualified or part-qualified with CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
• Experience within education or charity sectors (preferred)
• Familiar with accountancy software such as Sage or Xero
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to analyze data confidently
• Understanding of accounting and month-end processes
• Core accounting skills and management accounts knowledge
• Ability to work both remotely and onsite with clients

Duties will include:

• Management accounts
• VAT returns
• Implementing new finance systems
• Budget preparation
• Managing outsourced finance functions for small clients
• Company secretary duties

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Core working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm, with flexible start and finish times.
