Job Description:

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. This role is offering a package of up to £40,000 along with other attractive benefits including a bonus and hybrid remote working, 2 days a week in the office!

Primary responsibilities;

· Ensure timely and accurate recording of the nominal ledger transactions

· Ensure the management accounts are prepared and accurate for the different legal entities within the business (UK and Overseas)

· Ensure that the operational expenditure budgets are managed and kept within budget throughout the financial year (UK and Overseas)

· Ensure that monthly budget review meetings are held with the budget holders

· Work with the budget holders to develop future financial year budgets for approval from the Management Team and Board of Directors (UK and Overseas)

Key requirements;

· Strong Management Accounts experience

· Budgeting and forecasting experience

· Strong communicator - you will be regularly business partnering with budget holders in this role

· Excellent attention to detail

· A team player
