Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts Support budgeting and forecasting processes Perform variance analysis and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations Assist in cost control and financial planning initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors

What They're Looking For:

Part-qualified or studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT Strong numerical and analytical skills Previous experience in management accounting (preferred) Proficiency in accounting software (such as Sage, Xero, or Excel) Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
