Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, focusing on tenancy and estate management.

Responsibilities
  • Work on your own geographical patch
  • Assist with the delivery of housing management services
  • Assist with resolving complex issues such as anti-social behaviour
  • Assist with project management and environmental improvements
  • Give support, guidance, and advice to local neighbourhood residents associations
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. You will join us with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to build effective relationships. It is important that you have an understanding of key safeguarding principles, as well as excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. You may already work in a housing role, or you may be working in a role within law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or even the military.

Conditions

Due to the nature of this position, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, which is insured for business use; or be willing to cycle around the city.

Hours and Contract

This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday

Contract: Fixed Term

Salary

£32,597 - £36,363 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.

Working location

This is flexible - working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
