A local government authority in the UK is offering a full-time opportunity in their housing team. The position requires excellent customer service skills, focusing on tenancy and estate management within a designated geographical area. Candidates should be able to handle a busy workload, understand safeguarding principles, and possess strong communication and IT skills. The role offers flexibility in work location and a generous salary range of £32,597 - £36,363 per annum, plus extensive benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, focusing on tenancy and estate management.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. You will join us with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to build effective relationships. It is important that you have an understanding of key safeguarding principles, as well as excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. You may already work in a housing role, or you may be working in a role within law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or even the military.
Due to the nature of this position, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, which is insured for business use; or be willing to cycle around the city.
This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week.
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday
Contract: Fixed Term
£32,597 - £36,363 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.
This is flexible - working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
