Travelodge London Hackney is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead and motivate our hotel teams on a full-time or part-time basis. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure brand standards across operations.

Prior hospitality leadership and strong communication are essential. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on development, customer service, and achieving KPIs while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

• Drive weekly and monthly targets via rota management and KPI tracking.
