Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two Assistant Headteachers to join our established Leadership Group here at St Paul's. The successful candidates will have an excellent track record of middle management, a thirst to drive progress and aspiration to contribute to the leadership of our successful school. We are seeking a strategic leader with implementation skills and the ability to see a project through to its effective conclusion. We are particularly looking for an ideal candidate who will possess the right combination of skills and leadership qualities to enhance our existing team. Leadership Group responsibilities at St. Paul's are negotiated periodically according to the needs of the school and the talents and aspirations of the individual. We are therefore, seeking to appoint talented people who can offer skilled leadership across all aspects of school life.
