Job summary

St Paul’s Catholic School in Milton Keynes is recruiting two Assistant Headteachers to join the Leadership Group from 1 January 2027. You will bring a track record of middle leadership, drive progress and contribute to whole-school leadership across roles including safeguarding.

We seek strategic leaders with implementation skills who can deliver projects to a successful conclusion and tailor leadership to the school's needs. Applications close 14 October 2026; interviews 20 October 2026.

• Experience in middle leadership within a school setting.
• Ability to drive progress and contribute to school leadership.
• Strategic leadership with strong implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop aspects of school life as part of the Leadership Group.
• Potential leadership of safeguarding and related school-wide projects.
• Collaborate with Governors and colleagues to raise standards.
