You will provide strategic leadership, develop inclusive practice, support staff, build strong relationships with families and external partners, and help shape the future direction of the school.

• Significant experience of SEND leadership and inclusion.
• Strong commitment to equity, belonging and removing barriers to learning.
• Experience building inclusive practice across a school.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL and Children in Care.
• Lead and develop inclusive practice across the school.
• Support staff in meeting the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Work closely with families, external agencies and trust colleagues.
• Be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape the school's future direction.
• Ensure all pupils, especially vulnerable learners, achieve success and belonging.
