Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for SEND, EAL and Children in Care.
• Lead and develop inclusive practice across the school.
• Support staff in meeting the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Work closely with families, external agencies and trust colleagues.
• Be a key member of the senior leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the school.
• Ensure that all pupils, particularly our most vulnerable learners, achieve success and develop a strong sense of belonging.
