We are seeking an experienced Assistant Headteacher - Discoverer Pathway with a strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a passion for inclusive education. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality learning opportunities that enable all young people to thrive. Applicants must hold QTS and a degree, have successful leadership experience, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding, high expectations, staff development, and pupil-centred practice.
