• Support the Headteacher in delivering school improvement priorities and driving high standards across the school.
• Lead a designated phase, curriculum area and agreed school development priorities.
• Champion high-quality teaching and learning, monitoring impact on pupil achievement and progress.
• Lead and develop staff through coaching, performance management and professional development.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and safe school culture, including oversight of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding.
