Job summary

Reydon Primary School, part of the Active Learning Trust, seeks a Class Teacher to inspire learning and support pupil progress in a supportive community.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, build positive relationships with pupils and families, and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion within a forward-thinking school.

• Assess, monitor and report on achievement, using assessment to inform teaching.
• Adapt teaching to meet pupils' individual needs and maintain high expectations for attainment and behaviour.
• Contribute to the wider life, ethos and development of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues and families.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment for all pupils.
