Job description

Assistant Headteacher: Lead for Inclusion & Pastoral Care

Job Start Date: September 2025 or sooner

Salary: Leadership Scale Points 4 to L7, £53,602 - £57,831 per annum

32.5 hours per week

This is an opportunity for a strong, experienced teacher and forward-thinking practitioner to join our fully inclusive school.

The successful candidate will lead a committed, lively and successful team of staff in order to develop high quality provision and support for our SEND pupils, those in receipt of pupil premium funding, EAL pupils and pupils who may require pastoral support.

Candidates who have not completed a SENCO qualification will be required to undertake this at the first possible opportunity. There will be a part-time teaching commitment.
