We are seeking a talented Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour & Attendance to join Rockwood Academy in central Birmingham.
CORE Education Trust is a values-driven multi-academy trust rich in cultural and social diversity. Responsible for four academies in Birmingham, the Trust aims to innovate through adversity and challenge conventional boundaries for our students. This role is based at Rockwood Academy, an 11-16 co-educational school. You will join an academy team dedicated to providing students with the best support, care, and guidance to enable their success.

We seek a dynamic Assistant Headteacher: Behaviour & Attendance who can demonstrate a commitment to raising standards, expectations, and aspirations, ensuring staff and students experience success and progress, while acting as a role model within the department.
The successful candidate will determine the pedagogy and delivery methods for all lessons within the department, observe lessons, and promote high-quality teaching through regular peer observations.
