Dogsthorpe Infant School is seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Inclusion to join our Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities

Lead SENCO responsibilities and high-quality SEND provision across the school.
Champion outcomes for Pupil Premium pupils and monitor impact.
Collaborate with the Headteacher and Deputy to drive strategic school improvement.
Support staff development and nurture inclusive teaching and learning across the school.
Establish partnerships with families, external agencies and stakeholders.
Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding and wellbeing.
