• Experience using behaviour, attendance and pastoral data to identify priorities and drive improvement.
• Ability to lead change and secure commitment from staff, pupils and families.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to pupil wellbeing, inclusion and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Shape school culture and lead meaningful improvements in behaviour, attendance and personal development.
• Provide strategic leadership to staff across the school.
• Develop and implement evidence-based behaviour and pastoral strategies.
