Esland is seeking an Assistant Head Teacher and DSL for their SEN School in Grantham. We are currently seeking an Assistant Head Teacher and DSL, based at our SEN School in Grantham.
This school is a friendly and successful provision, supporting vulnerable young children aged 7-18 years with special education needs.
The role is ideal for qualified teachers who have acted as middle leaders and are aspiring to their first senior leadership role. We welcome applications from anyone eager to start a career within a school leadership team.
The successful candidate will also serve as the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead.
