This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher who is looking for the chance to bring innovation and creativity to inspire learning in an SEN environment for pupils with varied needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding, and you will be the custodian of our strong safeguarding culture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.
In partnership with our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide authentic leadership to our multidisciplinary team, establish school aims and objectives, ensure high standards of quality and compliance, and develop individualised learning programs for our pupils.
We seek an Assistant Headteacher with the experience, leadership skills, and vision to build futures by empowering students to be happy and successful in the UK. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent with Qualified Teacher Status, experienced in an SEN environment, enjoy leading a team, and be genuinely motivated to help every pupil reach their potential.
