The Role

The Governors of SS Osmund and Andrew’s are seeking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher. We are looking for an experienced leader who is forward thinking with the passion and commitment to build on the impressive achievements of our school and act as a driver for further improvement.

The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of school improvement and impact on the wider school, share our ethos and values, and set ambitious and challenging targets so that every child’s unique talent and ability is nurtured and developed so they too can be the best that they can be.

The role will be an interesting, varied and exciting balance of developing one’s strategic leadership skills and teaching a class part of the time.

Being a member of the Senior Leadership Team and working within a very collaborative environment, the successful candidates will feel valued and have the opportunity to thrive while having the responsibility of leadership within the school.

SS Osmund & Andrew’s is a Roman Catholic faith-based primary school for 3-11year olds which welcomes pupils from all faiths and none.
