About the Role:

  • A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people who may have struggled in mainstream education

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous Alternative Provision , PRU or specialist education experience
  • Experience working with students with SEMH, ASD attachment needs or complex behavioural needs
  • Experience supporting or implementing behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
  • Relevant teaching, leadership or SEND qualifications
What We Offer:
  • A small, supportive Alternative Provision with a maximum of 15 students
  • A hands‑on leadership role where you can have a genuine impact
  • Support from an experienced senior leadership team
  • Excellent opportunities for professional development
  • A close‑knit environment where relationships come first
  • Competitive rates of pay
  • Long‑term opportunity with permanent potential
  • A rewarding role where you can directly influence the progress and future of young people

If you're an experienced education professional ready to take the next step into a hands‑on leadership role and want to work in a small Alternative Provision where you can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
