New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, The Springboard Project, Oldham Town Centre, invites applications for the post of Assistant Head of School to lead the careers programme and personal development for students aged 14-19 with SEMH.

Salary is Leadership Pay Range £57,699 - £63,688 per annum. Commencing as soon as possible with January 2027 start; closing date 16 October 2026. This permanent role is full-time, based at Oldham town centre, and includes safeguarding responsibilities.

• Up to date pedagogy and research in SEMH provision and learning.
• Experience reporting data, identifying patterns and recommending solutions.
• Ability to develop options that support engagement and progression.
• Experience of current assessment practice and pupil progress tracking.
• Appreciation of barriers to learning and sensitivity to student circumstances.
• Commitment to raising attainment and high expectations for learners.
