Job summary

New Bridge Pathways in Oldham is seeking an exceptional Head of School to lead the provision for young people with SEND, guiding daily experiences and safeguarding with a values-led approach.

You will join the senior leadership team to translate vision into high-quality practice, develop staff, and ensure high expectations across pupils and staff while building strong relationships with families and external partners.

• Experienced and successful school leader with a track record of improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Deep commitment to inclusion and the potential of every learner.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into high-quality practice.
• Strong grasp of curriculum, safeguarding and school improvement.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families, staff, governors and partners.
