Zusammenfassung

The Springboard Project in Oldham is seeking an Assistant Head of School to lead strategic direction for the careers programme and personal development (including RSHE) for students aged 14–19 with SEMH. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to raise attainment and drive innovative approaches across the provision.

The successful candidate will bring leadership experience in schools, current pedagogy knowledge, strong data reporting skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and student

Qualifikationen

Experience leading a school team, preferably in SEMH settings.
Up-to-date pedagogy and research for high-quality SEMH provision.
Experience reporting data, identifying patterns and proposing solutions.
Experience developing options to engage learners in the learning process.
Experience with current assessment practice and pupil progress tracking to raise attainment.
Appreciation of barriers to learning and sensitivity to pupils' life experiences.
High expectations and commitment to raising standards.
