Job summary

New Bridge Pathways in Oldham is seeking an exceptional Head of School to lead the provision for young people with SEND, guiding daily experiences and safeguarding with a values-led approach.

You will join the senior leadership team to translate vision into high-quality practice, develop staff, and ensure high expectations across pupils and staff while building strong relationships with families and external partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and values-led leader who is passionate about improving the life chances of young people with SEND. Working as part of the senior leadership team, you will provide day-to-day leadership of New Bridge Pathways, ensuring that our vision, values and strategic priorities are translated into outstanding daily experiences for pupils and staff. You will lead with clarity, integrity and optimism, creating a culture where high expectations, strong relationships and continuous improvement thrive.
