Job summary

Nike London Flagship seeks an exceptional store leader as Assistant Head Coach to drive Signature Services across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab. Lead premium, personalised experiences that connect sport, culture and innovation in a flagship environment.

You will partner with store leadership, city teams and EMEA partners to deliver service excellence, launch services successfully, and evolve consumer engagement strategies that translate into business impact across the UK

Qualifications

• A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience delivering exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Signature Services strategy across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab.
• Align store leadership, Athletes, Coaches, London city teams and EMEA partners around a shared vision for premium service.
• Drive successful launch and evolution of services through testing, learning and innovation.
• Create culturally relevant experiences that connect with London's sport and youth culture.
• Elevate service excellence through storytelling, creativity and product integration.
• Partner across functions to deliver scalable service models for consumer engagement and impact.
• Own the seasonal services calendar linked to campaigns, launches and activations.
• Manage external partners and agencies to enhance service delivery and storytelling.
• Share consumer insights and performance trends to shape Signature Services across EMEA and Global.
