Job summary

Nike London Flagship is seeking an Assistant Head Coach to join the retail leadership team. Start date October 2026.

You will collaborate with the Head Coach to create an exceptional shopping experience, lead and develop a diverse team, and ensure operational excellence across departments including Commercial and Athlete experiences. You will support strategy execution, drive customer satisfaction, and coach staff to deliver service excellence while aligning with Nike standards and DEI

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in retail and/or leadership roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a top-tier shopping experience and deliver service excellence.
• Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team including recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Implement operational processes to reach sales targets and improve consumer satisfaction and productivity.
• Oversee departments such as Commercial, Athlete and Consumer Experience.
• Support Nike’s store strategy including sustainability, membership and digital services.
