Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef / Junior Sous or Senior Chef in high-volume kitchens.
• Love of Italian food, high standards and consistency.
• Confident leader who can run a shift and motivate a team.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen and run the pass in the Head Chef's absence.
• Deliver consistent food quality across dine-in and delivery.
• Support management with stock, labour and cost control.
• Coach and develop junior chefs.
• Model safety and kitchen cleanliness and compliance.
