Job summary

wagamama ltd is seeking an Assistant General Manager (full time) to help run a vibrant, high-performing restaurant. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager, supporting your team to feel seen and proud, while coaching them to grow and maintain energy during rush periods.

In this role you will jump into service, solve problems fast, and apply a kaizen mindset to continuously improve operations and guest experience.

• Experience leading a restaurant team and managing service flows.
• Strong people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep energy high in busy periods.
