wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run a busy, high-energy restaurant in partnership with the General Manager. You will lead with empathy, support your team, and ensure smooth service under pressure.

You’ll coach staff for growth, stay adaptable in fast-paced shifts, and contribute to a culture where food brings people together and teams excel together. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong development potential.
