Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Assistant General Services Manager to oversee soft services across three client sites in the Greater Belfast area. You will lead operational teams, build strong client relationships and drive service excellence in cleaning, catering, security and related support services.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, monitor KPIs and audits, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and contribute to budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within Facilities Management or Soft Services.
• Experience managing cleaning, catering and/or security operations.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience conducting operational audits and maintaining compliance standards.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• A full UK driving licence with the ability to travel between sites.
• Experience within healthcare, education or corporate environments.
• Experience with contract management, KPI reporting and specialist contractors.
