Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant General Services Manager to support delivery of soft services across three client sites in the Greater Belfast area. You will lead teams, drive operational excellence, and manage budgets and resources while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires experience in facilities or soft services, with strong leadership, contract management and KPI reporting skills; a UK driving licence to travel between sites is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services.
• Experience managing cleaning, catering and/or security operations.
• Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience conducting operational audits and maintaining compliance standards.
• Knowledge of health & safety legislation.
• Experience using CAFM systems.
• Full UK driving licence with ability to travel between sites.
• Experience in healthcare, education or corporate environments.
• Experience with contract management, KPI reporting and specialist contractors.

What you'll be doing
