Job summary

Côte Brasserie in Westminster is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold classic French brasserie standards, and support training and performance development.

You'll manage rotas and labour costs, maintain cleanliness and compliance, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service in a high-volume setting.

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-volume restaurant or brasserie.
