Pasture Birmingham is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume dining floor, coach a dynamic team and ensure flawless service. You will drive guest experiences, support the General Manager and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on margins and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or equivalent in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong communication, leadership and people management.
• Solid understanding of service operations, margin control, staff planning and stock.
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead service and set the standard on the floor.
• Coach and inspire the team to be their best.
• Create memorable guest experiences and handle feedback confidently.
• Support the General Manager and lead in their absence.
• Oversee daily operations, team planning and service flow.
• Assist recruitment, training and performance development.
• Monitor labour, stock, margins and costs.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Bring energy to events and special experiences.
