Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Birmingham to lead a restaurant team, manage GP and protect the bottom line, while delivering an exceptional customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. You’ll work with the General Manager to execute business strategy, ensure safety standards and inspire excellence on every shift.

The role focuses on leading from the front, driving sales, and developing people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and labour management.
