Hickory's Smokehouse in the heart of town is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team of 80+ and uphold our guest-led, culture-driven standards. You will work with the General Manager to run flagship restaurants and deliver our authentic fresh-food BBQ.

This role offers a generous package up to £47,000 per year including tips, ongoing training, progression opportunities, and a range of benefits such as free team meals, discount, and wellbeing support.
