Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in running a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in England. You will lead teams, drive results across guest experience, food quality and operations, and help achieve ambitious performance goals.

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ outstanding food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Support your GM in building a winning plan and smashing performance goals
• Ensure full team compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and inspire your team

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
• Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
