Job summary

Nando's Harrogate is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the General Manager and lead the team to deliver results. You’ll plan, manage performance, and ensure exceptional standards across operations and customer service.

Strong experience in hospitality leadership, P&L awareness, and a proactive approach to coaching and development will help you thrive in this role at our Harrogate restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and labour planning.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Comfort with P&L and commercial performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team alongside the General Manager to deliver results.
• Use data and trends to drive profitability and maintain high standards.
• Own customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Develop and motivate team members to reach their potential.
