Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in London to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Patrão to deliver business results, uphold safety and compliance, and inspire a high-performing team across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and a passion for people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running restaurant shifts.
• Proven ability to balance budgets, forecast, and manage labour.
• Strong operational and commercial performance in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team in partnership with the Patrão to drive results.
• Manage the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery to the Nando's standard.
• Use data and performance trends to improve sales and profitability.
• Develop and mentor team members to grow as leaders.
